Police Catch Home Invasion Suspects

7/21 Three suspected intruders have been captured after a home invasion last night in Eugene
JULY 21, 2010 -- A terrifying scene in a Eugene home last night. A man awoke to find a female intruder inside his university-area apartment.

Jen McCulley with Eugene Police says the victim confronted the woman, who then let in two men through the front door. They threatened the victim and escaped with several of his belongings.

The man called police, who responded and began to investigate. It didn't take them long before they caught the suspects a few blocks from the scene of the crime.

34-year-old Jessica Williams, 23-year-old Jeffery Rowe, and 45-year-old Darin Johnson – all of Eugene, are now locked up in the Lane County Jail on charges of second-degree robbery.

Police aren’t saying if the victim and suspects know each other.
