Alcohol, Speed Contribute to Injury Crash Near Crow

7/13 A crash near Crow sent two men to the hospital Sunday morning
JULY 13, 2010 -- A car crash near Crow sent two Veneta men to the hospital with serious injuries early Sunday morning.

The Lane County Sheriff’s office says a 2004 Jaguar – driven by 25-year old Ryan Ross Traw - left the roadway and collided with a brick wall on Central Road. He is in critical condition at RiverBend Hospital.

A passenger – Justin Moore, 23, is in stable condition at RiverBend. Another passenger – Kody Hodge, 21, also of Veneta – sustained minor injuries.

An investigation found speed to be a factor in this collision, as well as alcohol and controlled substance use.
