She tells KUGN news that O-Y-A has named a gang management coordinator who will have many duties –
O-Y-A has custody of approximately 900 offenders ages 12 to 24 in correctional and transitional facilities and supervises approximately
11-hundred offenders on parole and probation throughout the state.
