7/7 Most car seats are not properly installed. Eugene Police want to help
JULY 7, 2010 -- According to a study done last year, 80-percent of car seats are installed improperly. An event this weekend sponsored by the Eugene Police Department hopes to make sure kids are safe in the car.

This Saturday's event will be in the Valley River Center parking lot. It starts at 9am and will wrap up at around 4pm.
